We currently provide veterinary house calls within select ZIP codes throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Visit our Service Area page for the current list.

Email info@uniquevet.com. If you're located nearby, we may be able to accommodate your appointment for an additional travel fee.

Appointments are booked in three-to-five-hour arrival windows. Clients must be home throughout the window. An expected arrival time will be sent by email or text on the morning or early afternoon of the appointment.

You can request an appointment through our online form and Dr. Eli Katz will follow up to arrange scheduling. Cancellations or no one answering the door when the veterinarian arrives will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

Same-day appointments may be available if the calendar allows. The practice is not designed or equipped for urgent or emergency cases. Those pets should visit the nearest veterinary urgent care center or emergency hospital. Unique Veterinary Boutique is best suited for routine wellness, chronic conditions, and non-urgent sick visits.

Canine wellness appointments require a fresh fecal and urine sample. Feline wellness appointments require a fresh fecal sample. Any clean container is acceptable, provided the sample is fresh. Owners should have their pet's favorite treats available. Cats should be kept in a quiet, enclosed room before arrival.

The Adult Canine, Adult Feline and Senior Canine Wellness Packages currently include a 45-minute comprehensive health examination.

The current Adult Canine and Adult Feline Wellness Packages are recommended once yearly for pets ages 1–7.

The Senior Canine Wellness Package is recommended every six months for dogs ages 7 and older.

If a sample is not ready or the veterinarian cannot collect it during the appointment, Unique Veterinary Boutique can pick it up later for an additional $75 pickup fee.

Yes. Travel is included in the listed Adult Canine, Adult Feline and Senior Canine Wellness Package pricing.

Yes. Recheck exams are available with DVM approval. They include a 30-minute appointment, a focused recheck exam, and travel fee.

Injection-only appointments are available with DVM approval and are currently scheduled as 20-minute appointments.

Yes. Puppy Visit 1 at 8 weeks is $450, Puppy Visit 2 at 12 weeks is $450, and Puppy Visit 3 at 16 weeks is $500. A $50 discount applies to each additional puppy package. Visit the Pricing page for complete package details.

Yes. The Senior Feline Package is $800 and includes an exam, travel fee, Fecal Triple SNAP test, senior bloodwork, and a proBNP heart test. Visit the Pricing page for complete details.

The practice maintains a well-stocked online veterinary pharmacy and can also call prescriptions into a pharmacy selected by the client when appropriate.

No. Unique Veterinary Boutique is a house-call-only practice and does not offer surgical services.

Other species may be considered case by case. Clients should contact the practice. Koi pond and fish medicine are planned for the future — join our Interest List on the homepage to receive updates.

House calls can help pets stressed by travel or traditional clinics. However, the practice is not equipped for pets displaying extreme aggression or with a bite history.

At the veterinarian's discretion, a pet may need to be muzzled. If care becomes too stressful, the veterinarian may prescribe calming medication and return another day.
